Highnic Group has devoted to building up his own R&D department -- Science &Technology Innovation Center (STIC) since 1997.
STIC is a research and development institute authorized by provincial government. It has a number of affiliate institutes, focusing on specific research areas and has undertaken a great many national and international projects. It is composed of Adhesive Resin R&D Institute, Surface Technology R& D Institute, PCB Technology R& D Institute, Analysis and Test Center, Non-Ferrous Metals R& D Institute, Aluminum Alloy Auto Parts R&D Institute, etc.
Adhesive Resin R&D Institute
Adhesive Resin R&D Institute, possessing a team of well-qualified engineers and a series of advanced analytical instruments, cooperating with GICCAS, SYSU, etc, dedicates to the development of eco-friendly adhesive, and contributes to adhesive technology transformation & improvement of the industry by solving problems arising from users' application. We also have a good planning on mature cleaning production process, technical and marketing promotion.
Adhesive Resin R&D Institute is a research and development institute authorized by provincial government. It has undertaken a great many national and international projects, focusing on specific research areas. Nowadays it has been about to establish the Post-doctoral Fellowship, and take part in the international talent competition to choose the suitable researchers, so as to train more senior technology innovation talents and management talents for the enterprise.
Surface Technology R& D Institute
It is established in 1997 under STIC specializing on the research and development on metal and non-metal surface electroplating. The institute obtained the qualification as Provincial Electroplating Additives Engineering Technology R&D Center. With a team of high proficient engineers and technicians, it has built stable cooperative relationship with national famous universities; meanwhile, quantities of the individual development projects have been awarded and got the patents for inventions.
Non-Ferrous Metal Research Institute
With a team of experts, this institute devotes to developing advanced and eco-friendly alloy materials, processes & equipments for fine finishing of non-ferrous metals. To satisfy customers' needs for green and good products are the direction our institute works to.
Aluminum Alloy Auto Parts R&D Institute
We have a youth and high quality R&D team, which is committed to develop high quality and low cost aluminum alloy wheels and other vehicle components, in order to meet customers' requirements and even exceed customers' expectations. Mastering industry-leading light weight technology and low-voltage bilateral casting manufacturing technology, creating a R&D management system based PLM platform, a comprehensive application of digital design (seamless integration with customer data exchange using CATIA, PROE,UGNX softwares etc.) and engineering simulation technology (advanced and mature finite element technology and casting simulation technology), coupled with self-contained mold workshop, all these make the R&D strength of aluminum alloy auto parts R&D Institute rank in the international leading level. Over the years, we successfully developed a lot of new products for well-known enterprises such as FAW Volkswagen, Changan Ford, Changan Suzuki, Fujian Benz, USA Harley, UK Triumph, Italy Piaggio, Jianshe Yamaha, Wuyang Honda etc, with a strong synchronous development capability and excellent customer service to win broad trust.
