Introduction

Zinc-nickel alloy plating process has the advantages of high current efficiency, excellent pit plating ability and constant composition with 12-16% of nickel content. The plating layer is bright and with small internal stress, excellent leveling and anti-corrosion ability. It is easy to have passivation coloring treatment on the deposits, therefore the process has excellent comprehensive abilities and is easy to operate.

With the plating layer advantages of high melting points, good corrosion resistance, zinc-nickel is suitable for plating of auto engine parts and with the property of little hydrogen embrittlement, and also suitable for plating of high intensity steel and widely used in military and aerospace area.

 

Application

Zinc-nickel alloy plating is widely used in plating components in automotive, electronics and aerospace and defense.
