The deposit of electroless nickel plating is of good adhesion, malleability, high rigidity and welding performance. The plating bath is stable and easy to control. I.M.T. has series of eco-friendly nickel plating products, for example low-phosphorous, middle-phosphorous and high-phosphorous products as well as pretreatment, traditional bright nickel plating products, which meets various requirements of clients.


Uniform thickness and uniform plating capacity is a major feature of electroless nickel plating, and is also one of the reasons for a wide range of applications. Electroless nickel plating avoids the uneven thickness of the electroplated layer due to uneven current distribution. When electroless plating, as long as the surface of the parts contact with electroless plating solution and the ingredients of the electroless plating solution can be supplemented in time, the coating thickness of the parts will be basically the same, even in the grooves, gaps and blind holes.


The plating parts will not seepage hydrogen. No hydrogen embrittlement. Electroless nickel plating does not need to remove hydrogen. 


Many performance of the materials and parts such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance are better than electro nickelling.


Can be deposited on the surface of various materials, such as: steel nickel-based alloy, zinc-based alloy, aluminum alloy, glass, ceramics and plastics, semiconductors and other materials.


Do not need the required DC motor or control equipment of the general plating.


Heat treatment temperature is low. As long as under 400 ℃ after the different holding time, materials with different corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be gotten. Therefore, it is especially suitable for the functional coating of parts with complex shape and surface requirements of wear and corrosion resistance.

Application

Electroless nickel plating is widely used in machinery, electronics and microelectronics, aerospace, petrochemicals, automobiles, textile, food and military products.
